Nature of this website
This website provides information about Carpatians MFG's services and accepts Requests for Quote (RFQs). Submitting an RFQ is not a binding order. Pricing, lead times, and terms for any specific project are established by a separate written quote and a customer's purchase order. No contract exists until both parties confirm the engagement in writing.
Use of the site
You agree not to:
- Use the site to transmit unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.
- Attempt to disrupt site operations.
- Use automated scraping or harvesting tools.
- Upload files containing malware, illegal content, or content you do not have the right to share.
Intellectual property
Content on this site (text, images, logos, layout) is owned by Carpatians MFG or used with permission. You may not reproduce or republish site content without permission.
When you submit CAD files, drawings, or specifications, you represent that you have the right to share them with us. We treat customer designs as confidential and do not share them outside what's necessary to produce the work, including with trusted finishing partners as needed.

Information and files submitted through the RFQ form are treated as confidential and used only to evaluate and respond to your project.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from use of this website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.
